What is it?
- We are a social cafe funded through the mental health transformation project in North East Sheffied aimed at people recovering from mental illess
How Can it help Me?
We make the social cafe together and will include you in deciding what we do and at present we offer
- Food and refreshments
- Gentle physical exercise
- Active mindfulness techniques
- Board games
- Craft Activities
- Friendly chat and a focal point for your week.
How do i attend?
We meet on:
Tuesdays from 2pm till 4pm
Fridays 11am till 2pm
