What is it?

We run a monthly social café for people who suffer from mild to moderate stress and anxiety. We get together for a cuppa and enjoy activities such as Meditation, mindfulness, Arts and Crafts and massage.

A friendly, community get together
Come relax, enjoy and unwind
Lunch provided
