MOVE MORE
We run a move more project with members of the Roma community in Pagehall. The project involves weekly health walks and Zumba sessions. The project is helping the Roma community be more active in their daily lives. They are also able to access our Health and Wellbeing Suite.
The project has been very beneficial for those suffering from chronic pain and those wanting to lose weight. We have worked very closely with the Live Lighter project and talked about healthy eating and nutrition, many Roma women have lost weight.
