Pathways to Success

Pathways to success is a programme to help Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic
community who:

Are aged 18 or over
Are not already in work or studying
May experience barriers

The support on offer includes:

A job coach qualified to give advice on the options available to you
Help in completing CV’s and application forms
Volunteer placements
Regular one to one contact to answer your questions
Continued support after you start training or working
